The beuni platform is in Portuguese. Buttons and menus appear in bold as they show on screen, with the translation in parentheses.

The most common questions from people quoting corporate gifts with beuni.

Price

Why doesn't the catalog show the price?

The price depends on quantity, color, variant and customization. It comes in the sales proposal, in Pedidos > Propostas em aberto (Orders > Open proposals), after you request a quote.

Can the price change after the proposal?

The price that counts is the proposal's, calculated for the chosen product, color, quantity and customization. If any of these change later (for example, the artwork needs a different customization), the price may change, up or down, and we let you know first.

Can I get a discount?

During the purchase, our team understands your needs and available budget to reach the best possible proposal.

How do I see the price of each customization?

When you choose a product's customization, an estimated price appears. Hover over each option to see its description. Our team always reviews and suggests the best customization for the product and artwork.

Quantities and products

Is there a minimum quantity?

Yes: 30 units per product, as shown on the catalog card (Mín. 30 un). Some items require more, depending on the product and customization.

Can I quote a product that isn't in the catalog?

Yes. Reach our sales team through the platform chat.

Can I just buy the products, without a plan?

Yes. You can buy only the products and arrange the delivery. A plan is only needed for storage, kit assembly and on-demand shipments. See Understand subscription plans.

After sending

Can I talk to the team on WhatsApp?

Yes. On the quote sent screen, the Falar com o time sobre esse pedido (Talk to the team about this order) button opens WhatsApp with the message ready.

Can I change the items after sending?

Not through the chat. To change items, send a new quote or arrange it with the team on the order's WhatsApp.
