Understand page review and publishing

Last updated: October 23, 2026

The beuni platform is in Portuguese. Buttons and menus appear in bold as they show on screen, with the translation in parentheses.

Quick answer: every page goes through a quick review by our team before going live, usually within 1 business day. You get an email when it's published or if something needs adjusting.

The three page states

State on screen What it means
Rascunho (Draft) You're still editing. No one can access it.
Em revisão (In review) You sent it and our team is checking it before publishing.
Publicada (Published) It's live. People can now redeem through the link.

What the review checks

Our team checks the texts, the images, whether the products are available and whether the link works.

If the page comes back from review

It returns as Rascunho, with a comment explaining what to adjust, for example a low-resolution image, an out-of-stock product or a typo. Adjust it and send it for review again.

Share the link

Once published, click Copiar link (Copy link) in the editor.

  • With a single link, everyone uses the same address.
  • With an exclusive link, each person gets their own link.
