Quick answer: in Resgates > Páginas no ar (Redemptions > Live pages), click Criar Nova Página (Create new page), choose the look and how the page will work, build it in the editor and send it for review. The page goes live after our team approves it, usually within 1 business day.
On the redemption page, each person chooses the gift and gives the address. You don't need to collect sizes and addresses in a spreadsheet.
Before you start
- Have the products or packages in your inventory.
- Choose the page model and the link type. See Choose the page model and link type.
Create the page
- In Resgates > Páginas no ar, click Criar Nova Página.
- Choose a look (for clients or for employees). Click Preview to see the model first. Text, color, font and position can change later.
- Choose how the page works:
- the page model: fixed kit, choose a product, choose a kit, catalog or surprise;
- the link type: single or exclusive;
- the redemption approval: automatic or manual.
- Click Criar página (Create page).
- In the editor, choose the products and adjust color, font and logo. See Customize and edit the redemption page.
- Click Enviar pra revisão (Send for review).

After sending
The page stays Em revisão (In review) until our team approves it. You get an email when it's published or if something needs adjusting. See Understand page review and publishing.
