Quick answer: in the Inventário (Inventory), add the products to the selection, click Criar Pacote (Create package), adjust the quantities and name it. The package goes to Inventário > Pacotes (Inventory > Packages), ready to ship.
A package is a ready kit, with the items and the quantity of each, to use in shipments and redemption pages.
Create the package
- In Inventário, click each product in the kit and then Adicionar à seleção (Add to selection).
- At the bottom, click Criar Pacote.
- For each item, adjust the quantity and click Adicionar (Add).
- Name the package and click Criar pacote.
The package shows in Inventário > Pacotes, with the items and available stock, ready for Enviar pacote (Ship package).
See how many kits you can assemble
The package card shows Estoque disponível (Available stock): how many complete packages you can assemble today. The item with the lowest balance sets the number. To see each item's balance, click Ver todos os itens (See all items) or Visualizar detalhes (View details).
Frequently asked questions
Can I have different sizes of the same product in the package?
Yes. Each variant (size, color, model) goes in as a separate item. On redemption pages, these are the variants the person can choose from.
If I edit a package, do shipments in progress change?
No. Shipments already created keep the package as it was. The edit applies to new shipments. Need to change a pending shipment? Contact us.
