Quick answer: your stock is in Inventário > Estoque (Inventory > Stock). There you see the items stored at beuni, with their variants. The Resumo de inventário (Inventory summary) button downloads a CSV with each product's balance.
See your stock
- In the menu, click Inventário > Estoque.
- Use the Em estoque (In stock) and Sem estoque (Out of stock) filters to separate items.
- Click a product to see each variant's balance (size, color, model).
Tip: the Tour da página (Page tour) button shows each part of the inventory screen.
Export the inventory
At the top of the Inventário screen, click Resumo de inventário. The CSV download starts right away, with the current position of each product and variant.

When a product enters your stock
As soon as you buy, the product shows in the inventory with zero stock, sometimes with the Chegando (Arriving) label. The balance comes in when it reaches our distribution center and is available to ship.
Tip: you don't have to wait for it to arrive to plan. You can schedule a shipment with products that are still arriving.
Frequently asked questions
What are third-party products?
Products not bought through beuni: you sent them to our distribution center to store and ship with the kits. They show as Não disponível para recompra (Not available for repurchase), because restocking depends on your supplier.
