Quick answer: in the Inventário (Inventory), select products with the card's + and click Repor estoque (Restock). To be warned before you run out, turn on the alert with the card's bell and choose the limit.
Restock
- In Inventário, select products with each card's +.
- At the bottom of the screen, click Repor estoque.
- Set the quantity for each item. They come with the same specs as the previous purchase.
- If you want, add new products to the same quote and send it.
Note: third-party products can't be reordered, because restocking depends on your supplier.
Turn on the low-stock alert
- In the Inventário, click the product. Each variant shows its alert (sem alerta, no alert, when off).
- Click the pencil and choose the limit, for example 20 units.
- When the stock reaches that number, we send an email.
On the product card, the bell shows the state: with a number when on and crossed out when off. For packages, the card's bell turns on the alert for all items in the package.
