Find invoices and payment slips

Last updated: October 23, 2026

The beuni platform is in Portuguese. Buttons and menus appear in bold as they show on screen, with the translation in parentheses.

Quick answer: in Pedidos (Orders), each closed order has the Proposta (Proposal), the Nota fiscal (Invoice) and, when something is due, the Pagar boleto (Pay slip) button. The full billing history is in Minha conta > Faturamento (My account > Billing).

In the order

In Pedidos, each closed order has a strip with the payment: due (with the date), overdue or paid. There you find:

  • the Proposta and the Nota fiscal;
  • the Pagar boleto button, with all installments, each with its own payment slip;
  • beuni's Dados bancários (Bank details), to pay by Pix or transfer.

In My account

Minha conta > Faturamento holds the billing details and your invoice history.

By email

Charges also go to the email registered to receive invoices, which may differ from the login email. Look for the sender contasareceber@beuni.com.br.

The charges we issue

Charge What it is Document
Orders Each closed order DANFE (product invoice), by email, right after confirmation
Monthly fee Monthly use of beuni NFS-e (service invoice) with payment slip, every month
Freight Proportional to shipments NFS-e, as shipments leave the distribution center

Change the email that gets invoices and payment slips

Talk to us through the platform chat or at meajuda@beuni.com.br and give the new email. In the same conversation, you can ask us to resend an invoice.

Note: in Central de notificações > Financeiro (Notification center > Finance), you can already register up to 3 emails for Orders, Monthly fee and Freight charges. They start receiving them once charges begin to go out through the platform.
