- You pay.
- When the system recognizes the payment, the production lead time starts.
Note: card and Pix clear within 1 business day; payment slip and bank transfer within 3 business days. This time comes before production.

After production
The products go to our distribution center and into your inventory. From then on, each shipment leaves within 72 business hours after the freight payment. See Understand freight and shipping time.
