Understand order statuses

The beuni platform is in Portuguese. Buttons and menus appear in bold as they show on screen, with the translation in parentheses.

Quick answer: an order goes through these stages: being processed, awaiting approval, awaiting payment, in production, in transit and, at the end, stored (in your inventory) or delivered (direct shipment).

Frequently asked questions

When does the order show up in my inventory?

As soon as you buy, the product already shows in the inventory with zero stock. The balance comes in when it reaches our distribution center, in the Armazenado (Stored) status.

Can I cancel an order?

It depends on the status. See the orders FAQ.
