Track your orders

Quick answer: click Pedidos (Orders) in the top menu. Proposals that still depend on you are at the top and closed orders below. The sidebar filters by status.

How an order starts

1. You request a quote from the catalog.
2. Our team replies with the sales proposal.
3. You approve the mockups and confirm the order.
4. After payment, the order goes into production.

See your orders

1. In the top menu, click Pedidos.
2. Propostas em aberto (Open proposals) holds what depends on you: approving the proposal, mockups or payment. Click Ver todas (See all) for the full list.
3. Closed orders are below. Each card shows the date, who ordered, the experience number, the amount and the status.
4. Click Ver pedido (View order) to open the whole order, or Proposta (Proposal) and Nota fiscal (Invoice) to open the documents.

Filter and search

• The sidebar filters by status: what needs you, what is in progress (like Em produção, In production, and A caminho, On the way), what is done and finance.
• Search finds orders by number, project name or who ordered.
• You can choose the period.

Tip: the Tour da página (Page tour) button shows each part of the orders screen.
