Quick answer: the Central de notificações (Notification center) is in the menu under your name, in the top right corner. There you turn optional alerts on or off and copy up to 3 emails on each one.
Open the notification center
- Click your name in the top right corner and choose Central de notificações.
- Use the tabs at the top to pick the subject: Envios (Shipments), Páginas de resgate (Redemption pages), Pedidos e estoque (Orders and stock) or Financeiro (Finance).
Copy someone
- On the alert you want, click + Adicionar e-mail (Add email).
- Type the address and click Adicionar (Add).
- The person immediately gets a sample email of that alert, to confirm the address is right. From then on, they get it whenever you do.
To remove someone from the copy, click the x next to the email. The change applies right away.
Tip: you can leave an alert only for the copies. In Para (To), click the × on your email and confirm. That way, for example, only the logistics team gets shipment alerts.

Note: without mandatory alerts the process stalls. You can send them only to the copies, but they always go to someone.
