Quick answer: notify our team, pack and label the box and ship it through Correios (or the carrier you prefer) to our distribution center in São Carlos/SP, Brazil, ZIP code 13568-110. You book and pay the return freight.
Important: beuni doesn't do pickups or generate return labels. You send it back yourself, directly with the carrier.
Before you start
- List what's going back, with the quantity and approximate value of each item.
- Have your company details at hand: name, CNPJ and address.
Return the items
- Notify our team. Email meajuda@beuni.com.br or message us on WhatsApp +55 11 93039-0062 saying what's coming back (product and quantity).
- Pack the items. If you have it, use the original box. Protect anything fragile, fill empty spaces and seal it well. Remove or cover old labels.
- Label the box. Put a note inside with your company name, the sender's name and a contact email. That's what links the box to your account when it arrives.
- Ship the box. At Correios, the clerk weighs it, calculates the freight, issues the content declaration and prints the label on the spot. If you prefer, use another carrier you trust.
- Send the tracking code to our team, by the same email or WhatsApp. When the box arrives, we check the contents and let you know.
