Understand feedback and the beScore

Last updated: October 23, 2026

The beuni platform is in Portuguese. Buttons and menus appear in bold as they show on screen, with the translation in parentheses.

Quick answer: a few days after delivery, the recipient gets a link to rate the gift. The answers become the beScore, a score from 0 to 100, and a ranking of the most-liked kits, on the Feedbacks screen.

How the person rates

The rating has three parts, all optional:

  1. What they thought: Loved it, Liked it or Didn't like it.
  2. Brand perception: changed for the better, didn't change or changed for the worse.
  3. A free comment.

How the beScore is calculated

Part Weight
People who loved or liked the gift 60%
People who said brand perception changed for the better 40%

Each part only counts from 3 answers, so a few answers don't distort the score.

The package ranking

The gold, silver and bronze ranking orders packages by the share of people who approved (loved or liked). In a tie, the one with more "loved it" wins and then the one with more answers. First place becomes the Pacote campeão (Champion package), with the most striking comment.

Click a package in the ranking to see only its feedback. It helps decide which kit to repeat in future campaigns.

Read the comments

In Feedbacks, open Mais filtros (More filters) and choose Com comentário (With comment). You can also filter by package, by what the person thought and by brand perception.
