Schedule a shipment

Last updated: October 23, 2026

The beuni platform is in Portuguese. Buttons and menus appear in bold as they show on screen, with the translation in parentheses.

Available in: all plans.

Quick answer: once the purchase is closed, you set up the shipment now, even with the product still arriving: you choose who gets it, the freight and the deliver-by date. beuni picks and dispatches it on the right day.

Before you start

  • The purchase must be closed. The product shows in the inventory, even at zero, with the Chegando (Arriving) label.
  • Up to 100 recipients per scheduling with a product that hasn't arrived yet. For more, split the list.

Schedule the shipment

  1. In the Inventário (Inventory), tick the products (in stock or Chegando) and click Agendar envio (Schedule shipment). From Contatos (Contacts), select the people, click Enviar (Send) and, at the end, Agendar envio.
  2. Upload the spreadsheet or choose the contacts. beuni checks the addresses as in a regular shipment.
  3. In the freight step, choose the shipment type (launch, event, press kit, special date, onboarding or gift) and the dates: precisa chegar até (must arrive by) and não pode chegar antes de (can't arrive before).
  4. Check the daily delivery forecast, based on each address's lead time.
  5. Click Agendar envio.

The shipment stays in Envios > Envios agendados (Shipments > Scheduled shipments) until picking starts. Then it becomes a batch in Lotes de envio (Shipment batches).

Important: the freight shown is an estimate. On picking day it's quoted again. If it goes up more than 20%, you approve the new price before the shipment leaves.

Change or cancel

Up to the day before picking, you can change the date or cancel, at no cost. To change the recipients, cancel and schedule again.

What scheduling doesn't cover

  • Exact day and time: carriers work with estimated lead times and don't deliver on weekends and holidays. For an exact day and time, there's dedicated logistics: talk to us.
  • Turbo and Entrega programada (Scheduled delivery) can't be scheduled.
  • More units than stock plus what's arriving. Whoever scheduled first gets the units.
