Confirm your account email

The beuni platform is in Portuguese. Buttons and menus appear in bold as they show on screen, with the translation in parentheses.

Quick answer: request the code on the platform, open the beuni email with the subject "Seu código de confirmação beuni" and type the six digits. The code is valid for 15 minutes.

Before you start

  • Have access to the inbox of the email registered on the account.
  • The code comes from no-reply@beuni.com.br.

Confirm the email

  1. Check the email shown on screen. If it's correct, click Enviar código (Send code).
  2. Open the message with the subject Seu código de confirmação beuni. If it isn't in your inbox, check spam and junk.
  3. Go back to the platform and type the six digits. If you requested more than one code, use the most recent.

Note: the code is valid for 15 minutes. If it expires, request another when the option is available.

Confirm through WhatsApp

When a business email doesn't receive the code, the platform may show the option Confirmar pelo WhatsApp (Confirm through WhatsApp).

  1. Click Confirmar pelo WhatsApp and check the mobile number with area code. If the account has a landline, enter a mobile number.
  2. Click Enviar código pelo WhatsApp (Send code through WhatsApp).
  3. Type the six digits. The code is valid for 10 minutes, with up to 3 attempts.

Note: this option confirms your account and updates the mobile number on file, but it doesn't work for personal emails (like Gmail, Hotmail or Outlook). Email verification is still a separate step.

What works before you confirm

The Catálogo (Catalog) and Pedidos (Orders) work normally. The other areas show a lock and open as soon as you confirm the email. Nothing in your account is lost in the meantime.

Frequently asked questions

I already use beuni. Why do I need to confirm?

Confirmation proves you have access to the registered email and helps catch typos in the address. Using the platform or getting other emails doesn't complete this step.

Can I get the code at another email?

No. The code confirms the email registered on the account. To use another address, see how to change your login email.
