Start here: how beuni works, from quote to shipment

At beuni, you choose the products, approve the customization, and we produce, store and deliver the gifts to whoever you want. This guide shows the full path and links to the article for each step.

1. Choose the products

The Catálogo (Catalog) brings together the products you can customize with your brand. Use search, color and type filters and collections to find what you need faster.

2. Request a quote

Build your quote with products, colors and quantities and send it to our team. You get a sales proposal with the price of each item.

3. Approve and confirm the order

Review the mockups (the preview of how each product will look), check the terms and confirm. After payment, the order goes into production.

4. Store it in your inventory

When the products are ready, they arrive at our distribution center and show up in your Inventário (Inventory). You can group items into packages, the ready-to-ship kits.

5. Ship it or let people choose

You can send the gifts straight to the addresses or create a redemption page, where each person chooses what they want and tells us where to deliver it.

6. See the results

After delivery, recipients can rate the gift. The answers become the beScore and a ranking of the kits people liked most, and Analytics shows where and how much you sent.
