Quick answer: before quoting freight, beuni checks the list and warns you when someone looks duplicated. You remove what shouldn't go or confirm you want to send it anyway.
What the warning checks
| Checks | Doesn't check |
|---|---|
| The same person on more than one row (same CPF, or same name and ZIP code) | Different people at the same address |
| Someone who got the same kit from your company in the last 90 days | A different kit for someone who got another one before |
| What differs between the shipments: size, quantity, phone, email or address | Shipments more than 90 days old |
| Contacts, spreadsheet and spreadsheet converter | Shipments through redemption pages or integrations |
Resolve the warning
- Each person shows on a card with the likely reason, like Tamanhos diferentes (Different sizes) or Erro de digitação? (Typo?), and what differs between the shipments.
- To remove a shipment, click it. To keep only each person's first one, click Tirar os repetidos (Remove duplicates).
- If the repetition is on purpose (two boxes for the same person, for example), tick Revisei os envios acima e confirmo que os repetidos devem ser enviados (I reviewed the shipments above and confirm the duplicates should be sent) and click Continuar (Continue).
Tip: prefer fixing it in the file? Click Voltar à planilha (Back to spreadsheet), adjust it and upload again.
