Quick answer: in Contatos > Importar planilha (Contacts > Import spreadsheet), drag your spreadsheet (CSV or Excel, up to 3,000 rows). The platform checks ZIP code, CPF or CNPJ, email, phone and duplicates. You fix it on screen and import.
Import the spreadsheet
- In the Contatos menu, click Importar planilha and drag the file. No spreadsheet? Download the template in the same window.
- The check starts on its own. Rows with problems are flagged. Hover over the cell to see what to fix.
- Click the cell and fix it, or use Corrigir automaticamente (Fix automatically) for the adjustments the platform knows how to make (ZIP code, city, long street names).
- Click Importar (Import).
Tip: columns can be in any order and with other names. The address can come whole in a single column, and the platform splits street, number, complement and ZIP code.
Use the contacts in a shipment
In the shipment, under Para quem vai (Who it goes to), click Escolher dos meus contatos (Choose from my contacts), tick the people and click Usar contatos (Use contacts). You can also tick people on the Contatos screen and click Fazer envio (Make shipment).
The Contacts screen
- Chance de entrega (Delivery chance), from Low to Great: shows how much of the record has been checked.
- Incompletos (Incomplete): gathers people who can't receive a shipment yet, to complete or delete.
- Exportar (Export): downloads the list as Excel.
Frequently asked questions
What happens to people with missing data?
Anyone with a name gets in, but stays locked for shipping in the Incompletos tab until you fill in what's missing.
I uploaded the spreadsheet again. Will it duplicate?
No. People already on the list don't duplicate, and the screen shows what changed so you choose which version counts.
How does the platform identify each person?
By CPF or CNPJ (Brazilian tax IDs). Email and phone don't work, because coworkers may share them.
The spreadsheet has the city's general ZIP code (ending in 000). What now?
The platform finds the ZIP code from the street and number and suggests the change.
