Quick answer: in live deliveries, you see the driver on the map, the route and the estimated arrival time. You can share a tracking link with the recipient and see the photo proof at the end.
Find the delivery
- Order: in Pedidos (Orders), open the order and see the Entrega ao vivo (Live delivery) card.
- Shipment batch: in Envios > Envios individuais (Shipments > Individual shipments), open the shipment marked AO VIVO (LIVE).
The stages are Agendada (Scheduled), A caminho (On the way), Chegou ao destino (Arrived) and Entregue (Delivered).
Follow and share
- When the driver heads to the address, the card opens the map with them moving, the route and the estimated time.
- On the day, you get emails saying the delivery is today, when the driver leaves and when it's delivered.
- To let the recipient know, click Compartilhar link (Share link) and choose Copiar link (Copy link) or Enviar pelo WhatsApp (Send through WhatsApp). The link opens without login and without access to the rest of your account.
The proof of delivery
When the driver finishes, the delivery shows the photo, the name of who received it and the time. The Comprovado (Verified) badge appears when the photo was taken at the address.
Note: shipments through Correios or carriers keep the carrier's tracking, without the live map.
